what's up guys this is Jonathan with Tod bringing the unboxing of the zoom q3 HD handy video recorder so this is very interesting it actually shoots up to 1080p and features two stereo XY condenser microphones so if this works well it could very well be the best option to shoot YouTube videos on a budget amongst other things now the main point with this obviously besides the 1080 video is most video cameras even the higher end ones have subpar audio so what's the two condenser microphones you're gonna get a good video and good audio at the same time you're not gonna have to sync it up post-production as we look at the Box sound makes the movie which is true without good audio the video actually doesn't really matter next looking like a deck of cards we get the warranty card software info a handy Quick Start Guide in the actual zoom q3 HD manual which you're gonna want to read to get started out of the box they were also kind enough to include a 2gig SD card what in actuality isn't too much as far as 1080p video goes so you're gonna want to upgrade this to at least a gigs if not 16 additionally they gave you a pair of double-a batteries which was cool so right out of the box you are ready to go now as we look at the Q 3 HD itself for you Metallica fans we got kirk hammett right there on the front i'm gonna rip his face off right now sorry guys we want to look at the actual q3 HD itself so going over the navigation you guys can see the mics on top we get the record button to play next is the menu and the trash button so let's go and flip it over to its side you guys can see where we would insert the SD card as well as the headphone jack now you guys can see the actual video sensor as well as the microphones again again these are XY stereo condenser microphones on the side we get an HDMI port TV out the AC input the line out the line in the mic gain and the power button so hope you guys enjoy this unboxing stay tuned for some tests and the full review and I'll catch you guys later feel free to follow us on Facebook and Twitter those links are down below and make sure you guys check out the latest video
