so I promised I'd do a 3dmark Vantage run at some point on the Quad SLI machine so here I've got the four GTX 480 s running with a four gigahertz core i7 980 x64 processor I'm running it intel SSD although that doesn't really make a difference in terms of gaming performance other than loading time so I've got an X 25 M 80 gig anyway so I've got my video card slightly overclocked I'm running off my silverstone strider 1500 watt power supply without a hitch it actually even runs fairly quiet and I certainly can't hear it over the GTX 480 s which just go nuts at full load so you know what to be perfectly honest I haven't really been seriously since 3dmark o 6 was the de facto standard so I don't know if this is a good score or not but there you have it 3d mark score of almost 40,000 points over 40,000 on the GPU and 35,000 643 on the CPU there's all the sub scores so there you have it the 484 Way SLI rig not only runs great on the 1500 watt power supply so many doubters out there tisk tisk but it actually posts what I'm assuming ought to be some pretty darn good scores
