so we've got our first eye five ready Ram kit it's the corsair XMS 3 cm x AG x 3m whatever okay their part numbers are just getting kind of ridiculous but basically this is an 8 gig dual channel ddr3 ram kit it runs at 1600 megahertz c9 latency can see if there was a piece of tape sealing it up so basically inside the box we find Corsairs brand new redesigned XM s3 heat spreader so let's actually let's take these all out so you can see what we have here is four matched dims so this kit is designed to run eight gigs of ddr3 memory without any hassle at the advertised rated speed so 1.65 volts 1600 megahertz nine nine nine twenty four and it is an 8 gig kit so if I can get the PA camera to have a look at the at the writing on there so let's take one of these out and have a look at these brand new redesigned heat spreaders they've lost the old purple color and instead they've gone with kind of a dark blue and you can see that on the top of the RAM there's actually like a shiny three stripes which looks really really sharp and let's just flip that over so you can see on the other side it's a little bit more plain very stylish-looking so there you have it Corsairs first I 5 ready ddr3 RAM kit
