welcome to Linus tech tips at CES 2013
our trip to the show this year is
powered by Corsair maker of quality PC
components and peripherals our trusted
storage partner is Seagate technology
and our trusted networking partner is
Linksys here we are at the Mitsubishi
booth and they have a very fascinating
product on display here this right here
is a 40 point multi-touch display it's
more of a commercial display being
intended for straight your average user
but what's cool about is it runs at full
1080p the drivers are fully compatible
with Windows or Mac this one you see
right here is running kind of a neat
demo but we're gonna close down this
game there we go it's just running on
Windows 7 so we're gonna show you a
couple other examples so I'd love to
show the special effects one that is
right there thank you so much so I'm
gonna get slick to go ahead and put his
hands on it so you can see all of these
points are detected by the display now
this unit right here is built into what
is essentially an air hockey table but
it is available as a standalone TV as
well or will be available as a
standalone TV as well just to demo that
there's no kind of voodoo magic going on
here we're gonna close down their custom
UI completely and we are going to land
at a simple Windows desktop or we can
open up a new copy of mspaint see
nothing sort of special about it except
how awesome it is and again let's do
another demo here so you can have a
whole bunch of multi-touch inputs you
can you know if you know if you have
like the world's most spoiled
six-year-old then this is probably an
ideal choice don't miss any of our CES
2013 coverage and as always don't forget
to subscribe to Linus tech tips thanks
