so today we're having a look at the WD Western Digital one terabyte Black Edition drive so what makes this drive black well first of all it has a black label there you go black label it's black no I'm just kidding actually this is a dual processor drive with a large 32 mate cache so that means you do get better performance versus w DS blue series or green series drives now let's get this baby open you can see it comes in an OEM package so that means you just get a basic anti-static bag with a little Jessica do not eat baggy inside and the drive itself so we're having a look at the top of the drive not a whole lot of action here it's a standard three and a half inch drive so it'll fit in almost every computer case under the Sun at the back you've got your SATA power and SATA data connectors so we'll just get you a good view there's your mounting holes three on each side there's the bottom of the drive there's your mounting holes on the other side you can see there's some more black stickers these are to prevent people from taking it apart never take apart a hard drive thank you for checking out my blog on the WD black
