hey guys it's Dave here from formal calm and today I'm gonna show you how to add a contact to your iPhone so there's two ways to do it and I'll go over both the first way is you go to your contact app and you can just hit the plus sign at the very top right like that and into the contacts first and last name and their phone number hit save and are done and you're done the other way which I actually like more is opening up the phone app itself and let's say somebody gives you their number so say it's five five five five five five five five five five and you want to add this number to your contact book you could do so by pressing this little icon right here to the bottom left hot you tap it and it says create new contact or add to existing contacts this case I want to create a new one but if I this is someone else's number that I already have in my contact book I could press this guy but like I said I'll hit this guy already enters it in I can enter their first and last name hit done and I am finished all right that's it for me in this video this is Dave from 4.com don't forget to visit phone book home for more cellphone news reviews and how to's thank you
