hey guys david here from boomba comm and in this video i will show you how did this able auto-rotate on your iphone so in most situations what's gonna happen is when you tilt your phone it's gonna tilt over just like that it's gonna automatically rotate to the way you're holding the phone and obviously that's something that you want most of the time but in certain situations like when you're laying in bed on your side you don't want it to tilt over like this because you want it to be in portrait mode so the way you actually lock it is double tap on the home button so i'm a double tap and it brings you up this multitasking window but what you want to do is actually go to the left and you see this little button right here with the circle and the arrow at the end that stands for portrait lock just going to tap on it you can see it says portrait orientation lock so i'll tap it again so you see it's unlocked and it's locked now so now when i'm on the browser or whatever app i'm on I'll tilt it over and nothing's gonna happen so this is probably what you want when you're laying on the side of course if you double tap again and undo that it goes right back to automatically rotating but that's pretty much it for me in this video Steve Ballmer comm thank you for watching I found it helpful please hit the like button and subscribe thank you
