hey guys its debut here from film buff
calm and today I'm going to show you how
to format your SD card on an Android
phone so the first thing you're going to
want to do is get your home screen and
press menu and then hop into settings
and from the settings screen you can
look for something along the lines of
memory or SD and phone storage so in my
case is SC in phone storage I'll go
ahead and click on it and you can see it
gives you the option to format your SD
card but it's actually grayed out so
right now I can hit this many times as I
want it's not going to do anything what
you need to do first is unmount the SD
card so my hit unmount hit OK and you
kinda gotta wait for a little bit and
you see now the format SD card option is
no longer grayed out so I'm going to hit
this and I just warned you that you will
lose all the data on the SD card so
don't do this unless you've already
backed up your data or if you're at the
point where your memory card is
corrupted so imma hit for my SD card it
wants me to confirm again you raise
everything and you can see at the top
it's saying preparing SD card and that's
it the SD card is completely empty now
that's it for me this is David from form
of comm thank you for watching the video
and don't forget to visit fumble comm
