how's it going guys Davey here from
phonebook calm and in this video I'm
gonna show you how to rename your
Android phone via the Bluetooth settings
that way when you connect to other
Bluetooth devices it shows up just the
way you like so to do it press the Menu
key from your home screen and go over to
your settings and then from here you're
going to go to wireless and networks
appear on Gingerbread and below through
an Ice Cream Sandwich just go to
Bluetooth settings so we're going to put
your settings anyway and from here make
sure your charlie bluetooth and then
under device name this tap on it and you
can see right now it says lg Viper 4G
LTE so I'm just going to tap in the text
field delete it and rename my phone to
phone Bluff so type in phone buff really
quick hey okay and there you go the
device is now renamed and whenever I
connect another device to it it'll show
up just like I want it saying phone buff
now if you want to rename it when you
connect it to your computer there's a
way to do that I'm not going to go over
in this video but if you hit the link in
the description box below I go over it
on mobile comm but otherwise I'm pretty
much done with this video if you found
it helpful please hit the like button
