hey guys Dave here from form of comm and today I'm going to show you how to set a custom ring or alert for your text messages so you have system system notification alerts or sounds to say under the settings right here notification sound but that will apply for everything your emails your text messages basically any notification that your phone has but if you want a separate one for your text messages alone what you have to do is actually go into your messaging app press menu and then go to settings and from the settings you can see there's a option for notification sound and from here you can actually send our set a custom sound and it'll apply only your text messages not your emails or anything else and so say I want to hit this guy hit OK and that's it thank you for watching the video this is Dave bump of calm don't forget to visit bumble calm or cell phone use reviews and how to's thank you
