hey everyone Daniel Webster here from park now calm and today I'm achieve zillow mobile which is in real estate program for your android device and what this allows you to do is view estimates four different houses or a prospective house that you're going to look at in your area so the program is free and you can find it on android market so the first thing we're to do is zoom in and let's say that I want to view with the value of this house right here so I can click on it and it gives me an estimate as the estimate which is the zillow estimate for their website and it gives you a little blurb about their property so it's a three bedroom has 2498 square feet and two bathrooms and it's also on the water so it's quite expensive so we're going to zoom out and if you look along here you can see the comparable prices so another cool feature about this program which is if at any time you want to search you can do that you can just input an address to find out the value of your house or the value of your prospective properties ok so we also change the filter so it can set for sale make me move recently sold and for rent so if you want to check out for rent properties that's also available on the Zillow mobile program you can also set the home price as a maximum a rent price how many bedrooms and how many backs you'd like so we'll just click done you can go down here again we can change the layers so right now I have it set to satellite you can have traffic on so if you want to view a prospective property and you want to see what the traffic is going to be like during the daytime you can set that and view the property you can also see a street view if it's available so anytime you want to view a list of the properties on the screen all you have to just click on this little icon down here and it will show you which houses have been sold and this one was sold on 1230 1094 347 thousand dollars and gives you a little information about the house but it also gives you all these comparables so if you are in the market for a house then this program will be invaluable to you and if at any time you need to view properties in your area all you just click here and go to my location and i'll show you the house values which ones have been sold and which ones are for sale in your specific area so this is another Android Market pick and the program is called Zillow and it is free on android market thanks for watching and if at any time you want to download this program to your device just navigate using google goggles to the image of the QR code on the screen and snap a picture
