hey guys this is adam lane with pocketnow.com and we are about to unbox one of the first Windows Phone 7 devices available in the US and this is on 18 this is the HTC surround so let's check it out alright first off let's get the cut that open here we are quick start guide uverse pamphlet let's learn more about that later and we have device the big stick around screen there it is let's put that down for now and we've got orange more documentation safety however this is a AC Decter with a USB port headphones battery there we go and the micro USB cable and that's it in the box let's take some size comparisons here let's just check it out with the sampson focus there you go and let's try let's see the side of that how thick that is okay let's try it with the hd2 hate that and thickness and how about the samsung vibrant obviously the surround is a bit more thick than most of these devices but that is because it has slide out speakers for surround sound and kick stay in there see that so we can set it up kind of cool don't forget to close the kickstand when you slide it back and so next we'll do a hardware tour and see what it's like that's it for now
