hey guys it's brandon minimun from
pocket now calm and this is a short
video showing you how to enter premade
text messages into your windows mobile
device so if you find yourself using
similar phrases a lot such as I am here
have you gotten here yet or I'm going to
be late because of a meeting can you
pick up dinner or something like that
you can actually enter this in to your
windows mobile device so you don't
actually have to type that and just
enter it quickly and let me show you how
to do that both on non touch screen and
touch screen windows mobile devices so
here we have the pantech matrix pro
which we just reviewed and I'm going to
start off by going into messaging so
start and hopefully you can see that
there and messaging and I'm in my text
messages there so I'm going to click
into any text message okay I'm going to
go to the right softkey menu menu and
I'm gonna go down to my texts and here
we have some pre-formatted ones that
come on your device such as where are
you check this out I'll be right there
but if you want to add your own what you
do is you do the right softkey menu menu
and you do edit my text and you could do
one such as I am here where are you and
you click done you press insert and it
enters it right into the the text
messaging screen now in windows mobile
touchscreen is a very similar situation
so let's start zoomed out and we'll go
to the messaging inbox and I'm going to
click on a text message and i'm going to
go to menu my texts and here we get a
list of all of the pre-formatted text
messages i can do the same thing as on
the non-touch screen version of windows
mobile edit my texts and I can open up
the keyboard type in a text message save
it and that way I have kind of
customized my list of pre-made text
messages to save a little bit of time
when sending an SMS so that's it for now
