hi this is adam lane with pocket now calm and we're going to take a look at the multi-touch features on the palm pre to me multi-touch is kind of a gimmick because you really have to use another hand you're going to hold it one handed out of user two more fingers from the other hand and it's only really useful and a handful of programs now maybe three so say we're in the web browser you can do this to zoom which is school and all but again I'm using two hands if I'm mobile I might be carrying something else I might be having cup of coffee while I'm walking it's you know not very useful palm pre also sports double tapping ism much easier so let's also look at the pictures not a program that supports multi-touch and you can do that and that and that can't really rotate them like that but double tapping much easier with one hand same in google maps you can zoom like this it looks cool and all double tapping is much easier I do that here we go so that's why I think multi-touch is not terribly useful no single pressing that if there's a zoom button down here that would be much easier with one hand so I only have to use one finger and I can hold at the same time so there you go
