we're here at the more looming event in
Berlin where Microsoft just announced
three new handsets the Lumia 730 Lumia
735 and Lumia 830 I'm Taylor Martin and
let's take a quick look at the 830
Microsoft is throwing blows at the
competition specifically Apple and
Samsung it's calling the Lumia 830 the
affordable flagship price of just 330
euros it certainly has the price to back
up the claim but do the guts do the
tagline any justice well inside it has a
1.2 gigahertz quad-core Snapdragon 400
SOC 1 gigabyte of RAM and 16 gigabytes
of on-board storage aided by a microSD
card slot for expansion and the battery
is 2200 milliamp hours it has bluetooth
4.0 onboard and Wi-Fi b/g/n and set
ClearBlack AMOLED display at 5 inches
with resolution of 720p the real area of
focus however is the rear camera a 10
megapixel PureView camera with Zeiss
optics and this is Nokia's thinnest OAS
module yet so they tell us the camera is
nearly flush with the back of the phone
and speaking of the back the plates are
interchangeable some with qi wireless
charging they will come in five colors
white black green orange and grey as far
as hardware concerns go the 830 feels
very solid and has a nice heft at 150
grams and it's only eight point five
millimeters thick for the price there's
a lot to be excited about and Nokia is
hinging a lot on its Lumia denim
software update which will come
pre-installed on the 830 thanks for
watching folks and stay tuned for more
on the Lumia 830 as well as more Aoife
coverage here on the PocketNow Channel
