now this Mart watch right here is not a natural evolution of last year's Galaxy gear it's not the gear 2 neo which we have just unboxed and it's not the gear 2 which is the neo when the camera this is the brand new gear fit which is 40 Fitness addicted so let's go check out what's in the box and then get some fitness the other member of the Samsung gear family is the Samsung gear fit of course we don't have the galaxy naming anymore as the Samsung gear fit is part of the trio represented by Samsung gear 2 and Samsung gear 2 neo and just as the previous iterations of the SmartWatch and its siblings and as well the s4 and s5 it comes with this faux wooden packaging now on the back we have some cool outs for a one-point 84 inch display which is a curved Super AMOLED display and Samsung insists that this is the first in the industry ip67 rating for dust and water resistance Bluetooth gyro accelerometer and the heart rate monitor and we have the model number right here so let's crack open the box and see exactly what presides with him we'll just have to break the seal on here and break a little wall out here and see what comes inside the box right here up front we have some warranty cards mesh we don't really care about right now this is the fit itself also in the box we have a charger with the European plug and a micro USB port at the back if the camera would be so kind and focus and also we have unusual vector which you can use to charge your watch snap this on to the contacts plug in the micro USB on this side right here and it will charge your gear fit that aside we have some literature the usual warranty and user manuals all of course on recyclable paper but don't put this to the side and take a look at the gear fit itself which is very very lightweight that was kind of brutal but this is the watch itself and the strap is a little bit different from what we've seen on the gear 2 neo and since we mentioned the gear 2 neo what's but the stuck in and have a size comparison we have the gear 2 neo but basically the gear 2 is the same against the gear fit on the right and so that you can see they both this is the way they compared to a standard somewhat sports watch this is how they compare this of course a little bit more elongated but let's put everything to the side and talk about the gear fit of course the screen as mentioned is a one-point 84 inch display 24 32 by 128 resolution and of course this other plastic here is the one covering the heart rate monitor just below the contacts for charging we'll have more on this and of course comparisons and our full review coming of the Samsung gear fit we'll put it to the test we'll take it to the gym we'll take it running cycling and all sorts of activities but until then thank you very much for watching folks that's gonna do it for today thank you very much for watching if you like this video please give us a thumbs up and don't forget to follow PocketNow and all the usual social media channels I have an engine denied until next time stay safe
