hey there this time we're going to do the hardware tour the new verizon galaxy nexus let's check it out all right we'll start with the looking around the device on the back we have a 5 megapixel camera flash so Verizon 4G LTE logo samsung logo speaker down here you got a little dip up there on the side we have our connection for doc there's your power button and it's pretty good feel good play down here on the bottom we have our headset jack and microphone and a microUSB port over here is the volume control up and down and at the top there's nothing really so on our screen we have a front facing camera there's some sensors in there there's a speaker and there's our 720p HD screen and nothing else and this is a supposedly curved but you wouldn't be able to tell really unless you put something flat against it and you see some space in there can we see that let's try this one there's a space so the curve doesn't really happen until the end right about there if you can see that it's definitely not as curved as the dell venue pro which looks really nice and with its curve horizontally this is still feels flat and on the back we can open up by P just putting a fingernail in there and peeling it up like that it's very bendy so you have been that is so there's your plastic and we have a battery in there this is a 18 50 million pairs so it's pretty good we have a sim slot for the LTE connection on verizon and that's that now this is pretty similar to all the other latest Samsung phones or just snap these things in each edge there we go don't don't miss any now this there's a little bit of play there this is a little squishy right there not sure if anybody cares but and the feel let's see here's the focus you can tell it's heavier so it feels like better build quality now it feels pretty solid now let's look at the screen this is a pretty high resolution 720 HD screen there and it looks pretty good especially if you look close oops and we also have really easy access to the camera so if I going to turn on and then slide this way that will go straight to the camera and there's something really cool about this camera it's very fast so I can go and bam bam bam bam bam so that's really nice very quick I think it's faster without a flash but sometimes it doesn't auto focus as fast as it takes pictures so you might get some blurry ones it's clearly a shutter priority this is what they call that so that's a quick look at the hardware for the Galaxy Nexus on verizon I give us a thumbs up like this video stay tuned we're going to give you some software information on our next video and that's it for now hm
