hey guys it's brandon minuman from
pocketnow.com and this is a quick tour
of windows mobile 6.5 build 20 30 34
we've been tracking the progression of
these builds into what we think will be
an interim release of Windows Mobile
that comes between 6.5 and seven this
latest build brings a change that we we
didn't really expect to see there are no
longer any buttons up here in the
taskbar or in the tray whatever you want
to call it now it's pretty much just a
notification bar so you can tap on the
on the notification bar up here and
drill into any of these specific
notifications and you get these large
finger friendly buttons kind of like an
iPhone and Android how thin it is up
there so now all of the buttons are side
on the bottom and we can tap the start
button and go into the standard you know
windows mobile start menu and go into
notes and it gets really weird to see so
many buttons along the bottom obviously
this isn't the final design that will
see when this version of windows mobile
comes out it's it's kind of crude right
now but it kind of gives us an idea that
Microsoft is removing the buttons from
the top and putting them on the bottom
which kind of makes sense it helps a
little bit with one-handed usability if
you can just keep your finger and your
thumb all the way down here so we're
going to keep tracking the progression
of these builds and we'll be back follow
