yes I bought the old one and here is why so the first reason as to why I am actually buying the 2015 version instead of the newly announced and redesigned 2016 model is the price to value ratio here in Sweden apples pricing is a little bit on the weird side and then add our 25% tax onto that and I'll give you guys an example the 15-inch 2015 version with a quad-core i7 16 gigs of ram and a 256 gig PCIe SSD costs about 2200 US dollars from Apple here in Sweden for two thousand three hundred dollars that's $100 more you can get the new one but it's the 13-inch baseline model with a dual core i5 eight gigs of ram and a 256 gig SSD it's just not worth it I am going to be editing 4k video on this thing and I just do not feel comfortable with a dual core i5 processor and also the gain in the new MacBooks are just not worth the price for me like yes I know the speakers are better but I'm not going to be using them anyway and yeah the screen has a wider color space but the one in the previous model was already good and actually a lot better than the screen I was using before and yes guys I also know that the new MacBook Pro is the new and lighter I get that that's a plus but then again that plus is not the plus that would make me want to spend $700 more for basically this same laptop so on that point what about performance well the new 15-inch MacBook Pro is just a couple percent faster and more powerful but it's not going to be noticed in everyday use so there you have it guys that was my thinking process when I chose the 2015 version instead of the 2016 1 and I have got to tell you I am very happy with my new MacBook so let's show you what about this computer and also some of the things that I don't so first up I love that is sign this thing is seriously beautiful I love the iconic light-up Apple logo and the smoothness of the materials used and the awesome screen hinge that you can open up with just one hand it's also extremely sturdy and the port selection is great unlike the new MacBook Pros I also greatly appreciate the MagSafe charging cable it's seriously great and to be honest Apple should have kept it sowhat's have I found weird or bad so far well actually just one tiny thing and that's it the bottom stands are not creepy at all yeah that's my complaint that's how good it is so with that said let's end the video thank you guys so much for watching please leave a like if you are excited about the future of this channel and I will see you guys in the next video peace out you
