LG G6 Unboxing & Quick Galaxy S8 Comparison!

2017-05-10
yo what's up guys so we're here back with another video today we're going to the unboxing and literally just unboxing and comparing what's inside of this box to what's in my pocket right now the Samsung Galaxy s8 and non-plus model which if you are a follower to this channel you know that I have reviewed the the Samsung Galaxy s8 so go ahead and check that out if you haven't already but this my friends is the LG G 6 in black which I think look the coolest on videos so that's what I got it now this is a retail package it's not a review unit so I bought this with my own money and I'm going to be comparing it to the s8 which I also bought with my own money I'm not in any shape or form biased to any of these phones this is the Galaxy s8 in Arctic silver so with that said let's get straight into the box and unbox it and physically compare it to the samsung galaxy s 8 we got some paper and we got the LGG six so there you go this is the LGG six in its retail packaging not open a steel box that's great it says black on the box here you got some serial numbers and I am a 9x cetera cetera so that said let's get into the box cut the seal and there is the phone it actually looks very cool so as per usual in the unboxing videos let's click the good stuff to the side and the get to the other stuff first so we have got a Quick Start Guide that's not needed at all we have got our full-size USB to a USB type-c charging port with our wall bricks some earbuds we're not going to be taking a look at those but also a but also a sim ejector tool so let's just put this back in the box because not we're not going to need that at the moment and here is the LG g 6 well that's a beautiful phone this is the LG G 6 in all its glory very shiny phone as you can see and also and that means it's a very fingerprint prone phone but in the hand it feels great this is the s8 a non plus model so here is a size comparison and the LG G six looks to be like a more wide phone in terms of thickness the Samsung Galaxy s8 is more it's less thick because it has those rounded those rounded edges which makes it feel less thick but this it feels thin enough you know this that's not going to be an issue whatsoever for you none of these have a front facing home buttons as you can see and flipping around to the back you'll you'll find the dual cameras here so one of these so one of these is a wide-angle camera and one is a standard view camera as you would find on any other smartphone and as you can see the fingerprint sensor location is there which is more normal for devices like this it's supposed to be easier to reach and then this and you're not going to be smudging up your camera so camera either standard or white flash and the second camera either standard or white as well I'm not entirely sure which is which here we have got B as health center the flash the camera and the fingerprint sensor Billa quality wise these feel identical I cannot really see or feel a difference between the two all right so flipping around to the bottom you'll find yourself a speaker speaker here as well a microphone here the microphone on the g6 is here you'll find yourself some USB type-c ports for charging and a headphone jack here the headphone jack is on the top on the LG g6 with in microphone there we have got a microphone and your SIM card and microSD card and in micro SD card slot and stuff like that is here on the site in terms of buttons on the g6 the power button is on the back the power button on the s8 is both on the side and on the back and the volume rocker is is on the left side as usual and there's really not that much more to it so so that was the unboxing tell me what you guys think and also please feel free to comment down below on suggestions of which type of videos you want me to make on the new g6 and with that said I'll see you guys in the next video peace
