under the radar microsoft released a
public veda version of office 2010 and
really it's a very full suite of
applications that they made available to
anybody for free until october two
thousand ten to try out and one of the
things that i want to show you about
office 2010 is the speed this thing is
lightning fast i'll do another video
series showing you what's different with
2010 but right now i just want to show
you how quick it is so i've got windows
seven running here i'm gonna go and open
up Microsoft Word you can see it's got a
new word icon as well and it just opens
lightning fast this is what word 2010
looks like what's different is this big
file bar right here and I'll walk you
guys through that again in the later
video but if you want to show you just
the absolute raw speed that off 2010 has
it seems to be really optimized I don't
know if you can expect the same
quickness with vista or even XP but just
work very quickly so here's excel for
example boom nice and fast let me show
you the applications that you're going
to get when you download office 2010 and
