motorola Apple is new latest company to
fall victim to hacking attacks Cupertino
announced today that a small number of
Apple employees had their computers
compromised thanks to a vulnerability in
Java the same Java exploit was used in a
Facebook attack disclose last week
Twitter the New York Times and The
Washington Post have all reported
similar incidents with several of them
traced back to operatives in China apple
is releasing a malware removal tool
today but if you're running a Mac or any
computer really you might want to think
real hard about whether you really need
Java there's a new member of the HTC
smartphone family and the one is really
the one the company announced the new
HTC One this morning the Android
smartphone features a 4.7 inch 1080p
display LTE and runs the latest version
of HTC's Sense skin it uses a custom
sensor made up of what HTC calls
ultrapixels they capture three times as
much light as conventional 8 megapixel
cameras but limit the resulting images
to just for mega pixels in size the
phone will be available in March finally
even NASA hates software upgrades this
morning agency lost communication with
the International Space Station while
updating the station's flight computers
a backup machine took over critical
functions while the kinks were ironed
out communication was restored a few
hours later rule number one never update
