hey guys it's David at the verge and I'm here with the new canon powershot g12 flagship powershot camera and it's in my opinion the best one they've made yet it has a huge 1.5 inch sensor which is about between a micro four thirds and an aps-c camera and it has a big articulating LCD that rotates out on the side here it has native iso range of 12,800 it'll shoot 1080p video it's a 14 point three megapixel sensor and it's basically as high-end a point-and-shoot as we've ever seen it's got tons of manual controls it doesn't have interchangeable lenses which is unfortunate especially for a camera that's 799 but as far as cameras like this go it's designed for people who already own DSLRs and want something that's a little easier and a little more affordable without being a huge step down in quality and it's pretty great especially if you can afford the 799 and that's the canon powershot
