everybody has been popper here at CES
2017
I'm with the zero tech Dobby drone now
this drone kind of fits the big theme
that we're seeing everything is getting
smaller simpler and cheaper it's super
light you don't have to register it with
the FAA and you can slip it into your
pocket easily take it on a trip and then
when you want to use it you just unfold
the wings you can take off and land from
the palm of your hand so you don't have
to worry about difficult terrain and you
don't really have to do much flying if
you don't want to one button to take off
and then computer vision to find your
face and automatically track
it's got 4k video which is pretty insane
for drone this size and it uses a you
know software for image stabilization
because I've as it doesn't have an
external gimbal you know you're not
getting a ton of flight time but this
thing is so small you could bring an
extra battery very easily and it's got a
little sonar and optical sensor on the
bottom that's how I was able to hold
position indoors and also do that neat
comedy so the drone zone for exhibiting
these kinds of aircraft is huge this
year and it just keeps getting bigger
but the drones that are being sold to
consumers are getting smaller in a lot
of ways they're trying to get to that
perfect selfie drone that feels as
simple and convenient as a smartphone to
get that
