everybody it's Chris well to the birds
here at the Droid event in New York City
by Verizon and Motorola and we're taking
a look at the Droid turbo - it's pretty
much a supercharged no no X it's got a
faster processor and a much bigger
battery in the last 48 hours they say
and the screen is shatterproof or at
least that's the claim there were
technology they're calling moto shatter
shield you can shop it on the sidewalk
pretty much anywhere you can imagine
shopping the phone and verizon Motorola
both claim that it'll survive not
shatter not break so it sounds like one
of the most durable if not the most
durable phones we've ever seen it's got
a 21 megapixels camera so that sounds
like the same one that's in the Moto X
pure edition and inside is a Snapdragon
810 processor so it is a bit faster than
the Moto X it's running android 5.1.1 so
there's really no telling when motorola
will actually get marshmallow onto this
thing they took a long time the first
Droid turbo so no promises there but
we'll see but you can customize it
through moto maker all the same options
that you can do with the Moto X are
available here whether plastic any kinda
material you would like and it looks
very much like the Moto X let's so
Android that we've seen in the past so
it's very much the Moto X style even
with the Droid emblem right there it's
gonna be available on Thursday starting
at $26 per month
for a 32 gig model and $30 per month for
a 64 gigabyte model
yeah so that's new Android turbo too
