Administration has approved test flights
for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner the
airliner made its first US flight last
year but was grounded in January after a
series of battery fires called its
safety into question the hope is that
tests will let Bo and figure out the
issue and develop a fix as for
commercial flights yeah you'll probably
be waiting a while the US Department of
Justice has announced that it's settled
with McMillan in an e-book price-fixing
case five of the big six publishers were
accused of conspiring with Apple to
raise e-book prices in response to
competition from amazon the Macmillan
news means that all of them have now
settled unsurprisingly they're still one
holdout Apple barring any settlement the
trial will likely begin in June finally
a record-breaking storm is expected to
room everyone's plans in the Northeast
this weekend it's been called Nemo but
that wasn't necessarily supposed to be
the case the name Nemo actually came
from the weather channel which along
with its marketing department decided to
start renaming winter storms last
November the reason to make it easier to

channel says it asked the agency to
start naming storms but it took too long
to respond whatever you choose to call
