is Ross Muller from the verge we are
here at ipoh 2010 in Berlin this is the
Samsung innovation gallery is the
basically their concept corner of sorts
we've got prototypes that bind that
swipe that swivel that slide that pop
those are all behind glass over here but
we can actually touch and play with
today though as two different prototypes
the first one is the wqhd 2560 x 1440
resolution samsung series 9 it's
incredibly embarrassed myself here it's
incredibly sharp a text has actually has
been pretty optimized for the screen
2560 x 1440 pixels super high resolution
high debt display on a 9 inch screen
looks amazing and of course is a concept
but it's still a functional laptop is
very light very thin definitely a sign
of things to come I know the other
prototype the other display is actually
it's interesting concept instead of
doing a hinge Samsung is set up to make
a dual display prototype you've got
essentially actually the same 2560 x
1440 resolution screen on one side and
you can see here but they're actually
mirroring it also on the back got the
same screen also works with touch anyway
this is definitely a crazy concept a
Samsung this one likely never to see the
light of day it's just a proof of
concept definitely very cool definite to
see the high resolution that's clearly
something is happening more in the
future and that's it I cannot ever ever
imagine doing this without the use of
course of an S Pen
