hi guys this is Tom Warren with the
verge and we're looking at the windows
phone 8x by HTC this is a brand-new
windows phone 8 device with a 4.3 inch
display and a 1.5 gigahertz dual-core
processor this handset will ship in four
colors at launch in early November on
AT&T t-mobile and Verizon at the top of
the device there's a usual headphone
jack and power button which are fairly
common in their placement here down
towards the side of the ax HTC is object
to include a dedicated camera button at
the bottom and along towards the top and
there's also volume rocker and at the
very top of the device on the side
there's also slot from micro sim now HTC
tells us is not adopting a nano SIM just
yet at the rear of the device there's an
eight megapixel camera with LED flash an
HTC is also opted to include the beats
logo at the bottom marking the arrival
of Beats Audio Windows Phone devices at
the very bottom of the 8x there's also a
microUSB port at the center something
that appears to be a common placement
area for Windows Phone 8 handsets HTC 8x
will be available in early November in
four different colors with 16 gig of
storage and NFC support he also includes
Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 operating
system and a notification system that
will trigger the beats audio settings
when headphones are plugged in okay that
